The PAAS Training Management Group (TMG)<\/strong> is the official training arm of the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic Surgery (PAAS)<\/strong>. It was established to fulfill the Academy\u2019s core mandate: to develop highly skilled, ethical, and globally competent aesthetic surgeons through structured, progressive, and evidence-based training.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

While PAAS was born out of a need to uphold ethics and standards in aesthetic surgery in the Philippines, it was the creation of the Training Management Group (TMG)<\/strong> that turned this vision into tangible action\u2014by producing capable, confident, and compassionate aesthetic doctors, one trainee at a time.<\/p>\n

      The Genesis of the Training Management Group<\/strong><\/h2>

      Prior to the formal establishment of the Training Management Group, aesthetic surgical training in the Philippines lacked uniformity and structure. Aspiring practitioners often relied on fragmented workshops, short courses, or informal mentorships, resulting in wide variations in training quality, depth, and ethical standards.<\/p>

      Recognizing the urgent need for a standardized, supervised, and ethical training framework, the leadership of the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic Surgery spearheaded the creation of the Training Management Group. It was envisioned as a centralized governing body responsible for the design, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of aesthetic surgical training programs nationwide.<\/p>

      The TMG was established as the Academy\u2019s academic and training arm\u2014committed to scientific rigor, ethical integrity, and excellence in education.<\/p>
